We add cannabinoids to cold-pressed hemp seed oil to offer the most holistic cannabis products available to the UK – we believe this approach offers a superior product. We use recyclable materials and packaging and are fully eco-conscious.
We have had the revolution, now for the evolution
As CBD (cannabidiol) moves from legal to essential for many of our customers, we want to ensure that the product is getting into the hands of anyone who can benefit from it. It is our mission to destigmatize cannabis and everything we do always has this in mind.
Universal Acceptance of the Plant
We believe that the whole of the cannabis plant is good for you, all down to the roots. Hemp was one of the first plants domesticated by humans and it has a long tradition of being used to help us relax and restore balance.
Protect Our Planet
Ensuring that we do what we can do to protect our planet is a key principle for Cold-Pressed Cannabinoids. All our packaging is recyclable and we are constantly identifying ways in which we can do more. We take our responsibility to be environmental stewards seriously!
All of our products work from a base of our ‘cold-pressed’ hemp oil. This process ensures the oil preserves hemps nutritious content. This is also the source of the omega 3-6-9 essential fatty acids found in our products. These essential fatty acids (EFAs) are required in our diet more than any other vitamin, yet our bodies do not naturally produce them. They must be obtained from external sources in the food we eat. EFAs are involved with producing life's energy throughout the human body and without them, life is not possible.
Now we have explained the base layer of our product we move on to the most important active ingredient – the Cannabinoids. There are at least 113 different Cannabinoids that have been isolated from the cannabis plant. Our current products contain CBD (Cannabidiol) however we are actively researching the effects and tracking the legality of the other Cannabinoids. Cannabidiol (CBD) is a non-psychotropic naturally occurring compound found in the hemp plant. New studies are underway around the world, including in the UK, to further explore the compound’s therapeutic potential. There has been a steep rise in the number of studies globally into CBD and 1 in 10 are underway in the UK.
